Santiago currently serves as a Creative Manager and Creative Director at Monks, where he leads large-scale design systems and creative strategy for major U.S. clients, including Fortune-level organizations. His leadership shapes nationwide digital platforms and integrated brand experiences across thousands of touchpoints in the U.S. market. His expertise in AI-driven creativity, strategic design, and emotionally intelligent leadership positions him as a key creative voice in the contemporary global landscape.
Throughout his career, Santiago has held creative leadership roles at world-renowned networks such as Grey London, McCann, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, and Proximity BBDO, directing high-impact campaigns for multinational brands including Mercedes-Benz, AB InBev / Corona, and other leading global organizations. His award-winning work—including the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom and Corona Paradise Advisor—has been recognized internationally for excellence in creativity, strategy, and innovation.
As a globally recognized authority in the advertising industry, Santiago has been selected 15 times as a jury member for prestigious international festivals across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. He is an Executive Member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS)—one of the few Colombians ever appointed to this renowned institution, which includes Internet pioneers, groundbreaking technologists, and leading creative innovators.
